Return and Exchange Policy
If you have any fit issues we offer a full refund within 30 days of purchase.
We will accept the return of unworn, unwashed, or defective merchandise within 30 days of receiving your order if you have tried on our underwear over another pair of underwear and hang tags are still attached. The following items are not eligible:
We take great pride in the quality of our products. If you are not satisfied with your Paradis Sport purchase, you may return or exchange full-priced unworn, unwashed, or defective merchandise with all original tags attached within 30 days of receiving your package. Refunds will be credited back to the original form of payment.
Shipping for exchanges and returns paid by customer.
International Policy: No returns or exchanges at this time.
Please note: items purchased at any retailer other than Paradis Sport must be returned to the retailer directly, not paradissport.com. We reserve the right to refuse returns on items that do not meet acceptable hygiene and health standards.
To initiate a return, please send us an email: info@paradissport.com with your order number or the email address you used to make the purchase. We will send you a prepaid label by email which will be a $7 deduction from your refund. (We monitor our info@ account on weekdays M-F and will respond to you during business hours if you email over the weekend or a holiday).
We want to help you find the right size and style! Please note the same policies for returns (outlined above) also apply for exchanges.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order and contact us immediately if the item is damaged or if you receive the wrong item so we can make it right!
If your product is damaged after it was delivered and opened, Paradis Sport is not responsible for replacement.
Refunds
Once we’ve received your return, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method, less the cost of the original shipping fee (unless you are exchanging for a like item). Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
